I hate to break this to you, but there is no such thing as a "teacup persian". The gene for miniturization does not exists in cats the way it does in dogs. When you see teacups advertised for sale, it is just a marketing ploy designed to get more $$$ from you. Smaller kittens or "runts" usually catch up later and if they don't it is commonly due to heart disease or some other serious defect that has stunted their normal growth.
