If you can't return the kitten to the breeder, then you really must get the kitten vaccinated and neutered before you allow it to go to it's new home. You still have a responsibility to ensure the kitten has a healthy happy life even if your not going to help provide it for life yourself. I hope you can do whats responsible and help find it a wonderful loving home.
Agreed!
I have to wonder why he hasn't had any vaccinations. Reputable breeders make certain their kittens are properly vaccinated before going to their new homes and it is the responsibility of the new owner to discuss a vaccination schedule with their vet. Furthermore, most breeders either spay/neuter their kittens prior to placement or place them with a spay/neuter contract. As the current owner of this kitten, it is your responsibility to have him neutered and properly vaccinated. I urge you to do right by this kitten and have this done before finding him a loving and hopefully forever home.
I sincerely wish you the best in finding this fellow a new home.
