I just have to share with everybody that my lovely queen Shawtop Dont Call Me Baby (otherwise known as Willow), imported from Australia, has had her first litter of kittens (after losing three litters). I am so happy, you cannot imagine. It was not without a problem or two, and as usual on a Sunday evening headed off to the vet. However, I have four beautiful vans/harlequins. Three cream (all boys) and one blue (girl). I mated Willow this time with Shawtop Sho Dazzler (who is presently on top of the table for entire longhaired cats in both the New Zealand Cat Fancy Assn and Catz Inc Assn. Therefore you can imagine, being a new breeder (only my second litter), I am over the moon. They are now just over a week old and all doing well and gaining weight. Willow is being a fabulous mum for her first litter (I guess she was getting tired of waiting for babies also)!
As you can gather, I am very very happy.
