We have a big Rennaisance Festival here in Crownsville, MD...its about 20 minutes away from where I live. I had heard about it for years but thought it was for weird people who dressed up LOL...no offense if there are any of those people here...lol.. Well 2 years ago my sister invited me to go and wow, let me say I was amazed. Its really neat to see the people going around in their outfits. Alot of people dont dress up but a lot of people do. They have a lot of stuff for sale but a lot of its overpriced...but the FOOD! Wow I know we have some foodies here so you all would love this. The place is huge and everywhere you go its interesting foods. I could never name them all. I had a bratwurst for lunch and then an apple dumpling sundae. Then I had a root beer float and my sister had some fresh baked cookies. they have cheesecake on a stick, mac and cheese on a stick. Those candied cinnamon nuts, ice cream, pretzels, crab cake sandwhiches, big turkey legs...corn on the cob, I could go on and on they have a website that lists everything.

Well I saw all these people walking around with tails...like fox or racoon tails attached to the back of their pants and decided I wanted one, who knows why. So we hunted all over and found them. I paid $26 for the tail its like 16 inches and fluffy orange and brown. So now I am home sitting down relaxing watching College Football. Nannerpuss will not leave the tail alone. We had a moment of scare where my mom and sister were leaving and chloe was whining she didnt want them to go. She hates me I told you all!! She actually ran out the door and started running around the neighborhood!!!!!!!!! I yelled at her and she came back inside. I was nice and did not punish her...but she is so bad. Anyways I come in and Nannerpuss had knocked the tail off the kitchen table and was dragging it away!!!! I have no idea where she was taking it...but I got it back and now I have it hidden in my lap because if she sees it she goes nuts and starts trying to "kill" it.

Its quite hilarious.

Cool!!! What state are you in? I guess they are all over the place. It's really amazing and neat to see some of the costumes. Some people look really good but some
People still really creep me out hahaha...there was a guy with long blond hair wearing no shirt and leather pants low down on his hips...real tall and skinny and he looked exactly like the buffalo bill guy in silence of the lambs. Lol.

Pirate day sounds awesome...there was a guy there dressed as jack sparrow....he was taking pics with people and handing out cards so I guess he goes to
Promote himself. He does parties and also djs....I'll post the pic up here when I get on my laptop later. He looks so amazing !!
