"Fair prices" -- I looked at this and my gut reaction is "Oh, great. A whole bunch of Persians will be in the shelters in about 6-8 months" after people get the free ones and find out how much care a Persian takes. I sure hope this breeder is actively screening the people (and I always worry about "free to a loving home" offers).
