So sorry to hear about poor Maggie. I know the heartache you are going through, as I've only recently lost Oliver. Will keep you and Maggie in my prayers. Thinking of you both.

Hugs,
Sharee

I have so much respect for a vet who admits they just don't know or understand and who takes advantage of those vet groups. My vet is JUST like this! ... I admire your vet Linda -- she shows to me as an outsider just how much she cares for her clients. Maggie is lucky to have you both on her team!

This is why I love my vet -- she admits freely when she doesn't know something, is willing (eager) to learn new stuff (like the nutritional supplement program I'm using for Maggie -- she's trying it with other cats), and listens, really listens.

Oh, I forgot to mention the other thing about Maggie -- the tumor in her mouth is about 1/3 the size it was. This has to be due to the magic powder supplement. That's good news. The only thing that scares me is did we shrink the tumor so fast that flushing the toxins damaged the kidneys? Too fast, and the kidneys are hurt. Too slow, and the tumor grows.

But I have Maggie to snuggle to for another night so I'm happy and grateful.
