The herd and I have outgrown our queen size bed but I don't think a king would fit in our bedroom. I had 4 cats - Fluffy, Joey, Peaches, and Cinnamon, sleep in bed with me all night last night. Misty sleeps in the chair at the foot of the bed but would get in bed occassionally for some petting. I'm sure we just looked like a big pile of blankets and fur. I woke up with Fluffy snuggled up against me with his head cradled in my arm. Peaches had her hed next to my head and Misty was licking my finger. Poor Peaches was under covers, except for her head and Joey would walk all over her when he came to get petting so I gave her some belly rubs, which she loves, to make her feel better. It was some excellent snugging but I'm afraid that I'm going to fall out of bed one of these nights.

That is a good idea Joe, of course the cats have priority in any bed over the human servant With the weather we are having here right now I am rather thinking of more cats to keep me warm, we are freezing cold but of course, Tango does her best to keep her mom comfortable!

go out and buy the hugest bed you can find...the cats are
still gonna crowd you out

Cheaper recommendation and less chance of falling out of bed~ remove bed completely and put sleeping bags down all over the floor! This way you can even add more kitties to the family is so desired!

Joe -- if it's any consolation, we have a queen-sized bed and sleep with 1 5lb cat who manages not only to steal all the blankets, but to push me out of the bed and well, I weigh a bit more than 5 lbs. Bottomline, you are doomed!
