Thanks, everyone! This picture was taken probably 5 or 6 years ago. I got Cory from a shelter in Lawrence KS in August of 2004 --I found him on Pet-finder. We drove over 3 hr one way to get him and he's just been the "sweetest" cat I've ever had. He was really worn down from being in the shelter, and was just skin and bones when we got him. They said they thought he was around 2 yr old, so he's coming up on his 10th birthday next year. I had some blood tests run on him this past summer and the vet said his blood panel looked very good for a kitty that's 9 yr old. He loves Science Diet Active Maturity formula, and Science Diet Hypoallergenic treats. We also have three other cats, but not Persians. A female Siamese named Sophia; then Brownie, a petite chocolate female kitty and Patrick who's a 23 lb orange tabby. We had a ragdoll who we adopted about 4 yrs ago from a lady that had to go the nursing home... he was pretty old when we got him, not real sure of his age. He got to where he wouldn't eat or use the litter box, so I made the difficult decision to have him put to sleep. His name was Tommy. I'll have to post more pics .. have to upload them to Photo-Bucket.

Awwww!! Welcome! So good to meet you and Cory.

He is just beautiful. How do you keep his eyes so clean? Sigh... I'm always looking for new tips.

That was just a good day. I'm also always struggling to keep his eyes clean. I have used Eye Envy in the past, and it does work, but it's a hassle to have to wrestle him down and apply it.
