Take him to the vet!

Since he's both vomiting and lethargic he should see the vet before it gets any worse.

Take him to your vet ASAP. Kittens can go downhill very quickly from dehydration associated with the vomiting.

So, how is your kitten this afternoon?? Hopefully you took him to the vet and he is feeling better by now.
