The cats favorite perch is on a table next to my kitchen window where they can look out at the birds, etc. The neighbors across the street tell me there are alway several cats looking out the window at them. On those occassions when I make it home before dark, Fluffy is often sitting in the window. When he sees me coming up the sidewalk he will paw at the window at me. I'll 'peck' back at him and he will paw where ever I am pecking.

I feel really fortunate to have so many cats that are well and healthy (knock on wood). I love sitting in the living room in the evenings surrounded by 7-8 cats to take turns petting and then going to bed with 4 cats to snug all night. I was thinking the other day that a couple of my cats are seniors (10+) and several are becoming seniors (7-8). Time is passing so fast but right now we are enjoying life and will continue to do so for as long as is possible.

Joe, just picturing Fluffy waiting for you at the window makes my heart full. I think about where he was and where he is now that he has you. I'm smiling just thinking about you on the sofa surrounded by all your furkids. It's a lovely image.

I too remember when you first rescued him and what a mess he was. The recent pics of him are such a wonderful tribute to the care and love you have provided. You are one lucky guy and your cats are lucky too to have you.
