Ellie... I am so very sorry to read that this has been so difficult for you, Bud and Daks. Daks is the sweetest baby and I can't imagine him hissing... he must be just ... over it!!!!!

I think that was a good idea if this needs to be done again, to see if one of the tech's can come to your house. They don't make much money and I am sure would be glad for the income and it would be less stressful for Daks and for you!!!
